Kokoya Organics

URBAN FARM:

Kokoya Organics is an innovative urban farm, café, and education space located in the heart of Yangon, Myanmar. As a social enterprise, it focuses on training youth in organic farming while growing a variety of fresh vegetables for the community. Through its Community Supported Agriculture system, Kokoya Organics not only provides nutritious produce and veggie boxes but also fosters a sense of community and promotes sustainable farming practices.

Challenge

While Kokoya had achieved success through its fundraising efforts and securing land in the bustling centre of Yangon, its founder, Caity, realized the need for a strong brand identity and strategy to reach new heights. She aimed to attract consumers, boost product sales, and create a visual identity that reflected the playful spirit of the brand.

 

Solution

This is where we stepped in. We initially started with 4 weeks of business & marketing coaching to educate exactly what ‘marketing’ is, what the different platforms are good for and more, as well as created a bespoke package with a game-plan on what next steps she should take.
